– We accept returns for all non-customized rakhi products within 7 days from the date of delivery.

– To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective:

– Customized or personalized rakhi items.

– Rakhi products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

3. Returns Procedure:

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at care@bulkrakhi.com within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.

b. Provide the order number and a detailed reason for the return.

c. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization, if applicable.

4. Return Shipping:

– If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will bear the return shipping costs.

– If the return is due to a customer preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color ordered), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds/Exchanges:

– Once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, we will initiate the refund or exchange process as per your preference.

– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days from the approval of the return. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment provider.

– In the case of exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped to you after the return is approved.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

– If you receive a damaged or defective rakhi product, please inform us immediately within 72 hours of delivery.

– Provide clear photographs or videos showing the damage or defect along with your email to our customer support team.

– We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or issue a refund.

7. Cancellation Policy:

– Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, the cancellation request may not be accommodated, especially for personalized items.
